We do our best to make your online shopping experience a pleasant one. To ensure you are happy with our purchase. All items sold by JoyLuckShop, except lucky bamboo and other live plants, carry 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisified with your purchase, simply return the item to us within 30 days for refund. We are sorry there is absolutely no refund nor exchange after 30 days. Refund or exchange for defetive items must contact us by phone and return within 5 business days.
Returnable Condition.
Return must be made within 30 days following the invoice date on your order. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable in all instances. Any return that causes the original order to fall below the minimum "free shipping" order size of $100 will result in a recalculation of shipping and handling charge which will be deducted from the refund amount. Customer is responsible for any item they returned, include damaged or defective items. Product must be in original and re-salable condition, worn, broken, or damaged items will be not be accepted for return. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. If your item is defective, JoyLuckShop will replace the item or issue a return whichever you wish.
Return Procedure
1)RMA. Before you mail us any returns, please obtain an RMA, Return Merchandise Authorization by calling our store, 626-571-5100.
2)Shipping. Please include the original package, packing material, and the original invoice. Write down the RMA number on the invoice. Items sent for return must be properly packaged to protect against loss or damage. Returns need to be carefully packed and we recommend the original packaging if possible.
Taxes
Sales tax is collected only for shipments inside California. We do not charge sales tax for all other destinations within the U.S.

For order consists of Jewelry items only -- charges are based on the number of Jewelry Items per order.
For order include nonJewelry items -- shipping and handling charges for the order are determined by weight. Order consists of jewelry and nonjewelry purchases is considered nonJewelry order.
